The New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) is a Federal Government initiative that assists unemployed people who are registered with Centrelink and who have a promising business idea, to start their own new business.

Queensland Consortium , Career Employment Australia (CEA) is a contracted NEIS managing agent with the Department of Education Employment and Work Place Relations (DEEWR) in the delivery of the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme.  Queensland Consortium is a partnership between CEA and Challenge Emplyment and Training.CEA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is contracted to deliver the Scheme in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Redcliffe, Logan, Ipswich and the Sunshine Coast. The Scheme is coordinated from our Business Development Centre at Salisbury in Brisbane.
